Our shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of your purchase.
Rest assured, there are no hidden fees. The cost is determined by the items you add to your shopping cart.
How do I track my orders?
To track your order, find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email and enter it into the tracking widget on our website.
Please be patient, as it may take some time for the courier's tracking website to update and show your delivery status.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For Singapore & Malaysia, you can typically expect to receive your parcel within 2 to 7 working days from the fulfillment date.
For other countries, the delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 working weeks* for economy air shipping, depending on flight schedules.
With priority air shipping, it usually takes 7-14 working days, and your parcel will be handled by courier partners like DHL, UPS, and FedEx for express service.
If you experience any delays in receiving your order, please contact us promptly, and we will assist in confirming the status of your order.
*Please note that the estimated delivery time listed applies to major cities. Deliveries to areas outside of major cities may take additional days. Delivery time is also subject to the destination's customs clearance process.
How much are the shipping rates?
We have FREE local shipping on every order above S$250. For orders below S$250, there will be a S$6 standard delivery charge for local orders in Singapore and Malaysia.
For shipping to other countries, the shipping charges are based on the destination and the weight of your purchase. Before checkout and payment, our system will automatically calculate the shipping charges based on the total weight of the items in your cart.
How do you ship my orders?
- For Singapore and Malaysia orders, we ship via SingPost and GD Express.
- For Hong Kong, Macau, China, and Taiwan, we use SingPost and SF Express.
- For other countries with economy air shipping, we ship via SingPost, and the parcel will be handed over to the recipient's local post for delivery.
- For other countries with express shipping options, we use FlickPost, and our courier partners include FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc."
Is there any compensation if the shipment is delayed?
We do not provide compensation for delayed shipments.
