TOMSCOUT is headquartered in Singapore and operates warehouses in Malaysia, serving customers globally across more than 60+ countries.
Since our launch as the first online chest binder store in 2016, we have expanded our services worldwide, allowing you to order our products from anywhere, at any time.
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE AND FIT?
To find the right size and fit for our products, we provide size charts on each product page.
These size charts offer detailed measurements to help you determine the best fit for our collections.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?
To assist you in selecting the right size, we provide size charts on each product page.
Measurements are taken with the product lying flat, except for chest and waist measurements, which are taken around the specified area.
Please note that there may be a slight difference (+/- 2cm) from the stated measurements, as each product is unique and body types vary.
HOW TO WASH A CHEST BINDER?
Washing instructions can be found on the packaging of each chest binder.
Simply scan the QR Code on the packaging, and it will automatically redirect you to the relevant laundry care articles.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?
Once you have successfully completed the payment through our online store, you will receive an automated email from our system confirming the order.
This order acknowledgement will include your order number and other relevant details.
Please note that shipping notifications will be sent separately after we have fulfilled your order.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Yes, you can make changes to your order, but only before we dispatch it.
If you have already received the shipping information email from us, it means that we are unable to amend the order for you.
In such cases, please refer to our exchange policy for further assistance.

No, currently we operate exclusively as an online store.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PAYMENT?
The default currency displayed on our website is Singapore Dollar (SGD S$).
However, you have the option to change the currency to your local currency using the currency selector located at the bottom of every page.
Simply click on the currency selector and choose your preferred currency from the available options.

TOMSCOUT accepts a variety of payment methods, including Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayNow (for our local Singapore customers).

No, we do not offer refunds. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase to ensure the accuracy of your selection.

CAN I ORDER FROM OUTSIDE SINGAPORE?
Yes, of course. We ship internationally! Over thousands of Chest Binders are successfully shipped to more than 62 countries worldwide.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
We have FREE local shipping on every order above S$250. For orders below S$250, there will be a S$6 standard delivery charge for local orders in Singapore and Malaysia.
For shipping to other countries, the shipping charges are based on the destination and the weight of your purchase.

IS THERE ANY COMPENSATION IF THE SHIPMENT IS DELAYED?
There is no compensation for any delayed parcel.
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?
Most of the orders are shipped out from Malaysia Warehouse.
For other Countries with economy air shipping, we shipped out via SingPost and the parcel will be handled to the recipient's destination Local Post for the delivery.
For other Countries with Express Delivery options, we ship out via FlickPost as well but the courier partners are FeDex, DHL, UPS, etc.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS ?
To track your order, please locate the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email and enter it into the tracking widget on our website.
Please note that it may take some time for the courier's tracking website to update and reflect the status of your delivery.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For Singapore & Malaysia, customers should expect to receive their parcel within 2 to 7 working days from the fulfillment date.
For other countries, customers should expect to receive their parcel from 2 to 4 working weeks*, please do note that the economy air shipping service is based on the flight schedule.
For the priority air shipping service, it usually takes 7-14 working days, and the parcel will be handle to other courier partners like DHL, UPS, FeDex with the express service.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, please kindly contact us immediately and we will try our best to help and confirm the status of your order.
*The estimated delivery time listed applies to major cities only. Delivery to area outside of major cities incur additional days. Delivery time is also subject to the destination's custom clearance process.
WHERE CAN I GET A PROMO CODE?
TOMSCOUT promo codes can be found in our newsletters or blog posts. If you are an existing customer, you may also receive a surprise promo code with your order.
By subscribing to our newsletter, you will periodically receive our latest promotions and promo codes.
HOW DO I ADD A PROMO CODE?
During the checkout process, you will see a column where you can enter your promo code before proceeding to the payment gateway.
After entering the code and clicking "APPLY," the discount will be applied, and you will see the discounted total of your order.
Please note that only one promo code can be used per purchase, and the cost of the order must exceed the value of the promo code.
If you wish to redeem a promo code, please avoid selecting "PayPal Express Checkout" and proceed with normal checkout, selecting PayPal payment after the promo code has been applied.
I FORGOT TO ADD A PROMO CODE?
Unfortunately, promo codes must be redeemed at the time of ordering.
If you forgot to enter your promo code during checkout, we are unable to apply it to your order once the payment has been completed.
I ENTERED MY PROMO CODE BUT IT DIDN'T WORK?
Our system always recognizes valid promo codes.
If the discount has not been reflected in your order total, it is possible that the code was incorrectly entered, expired, or not applicable to the items in your shopping cart.
