Once your package arrives in your country, your local postal service — like Australia Post, Canada Post, or USPS — may assign a new tracking number. This number doesn’t always sync with our tracking system.
- Tracking may pause temporarily after customs or during the handoff.
- Scans may be delayed or missing, even if your package is still moving.

As long as your order doesn’t say “returned” or “failed delivery,” it’s still on the way.
