You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate an exchange.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, including being unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged. Please ensure that all original tags and packaging are intact.

Each item can only be exchanged once. Items for exchange must be of equal or higher value.

Underwear Collections are not eligible for exchange or return due to hygiene concerns.

Products purchased at marked-down prices or clearance sales are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return freight or postal charges (two-way), including any applicable duty and tax.

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain return authorization and initiate the exchange process.
- Please be aware that TOMSCOUT cannot be held liable for any lost packages. To ensure a secure return process, we recommend using a traceable service with a tracking number for all return parcels.
- For all returns due to production defects, delivery of the wrong size or wrong item; we will return the correct item to the customer at the last indicated shipping address at no extra cost.
Damaged and Defective Products
At TOMSCOUT, we maintain the highest standards of quality for our products. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we will cover the cost to replace the defective item and the return shipping cost for the defective item.

We do not accept exchanges for products obtained from a source other than www.tomscout.com or those damaged due to abuse, negligence, misuse, or activities other than the intended purpose.
- If the defect is caused by reasons other than materials quality, the original product will be returned to you.
TOMSCOUT reserves the right to refuse any exchanges if the returned goods are in unsatisfactory condition or if any of the above-stated conditions are not met.
