📌 Before You Apply:
👉 Selection Process: Each month, we award free binders to the Top Five Storytellers. To qualify, share a true story and fill out the form carefully.
👉 Duplicate Submissions: Please apply only once. Submitting more than once can slow things down — and may disqualify you.
👉 Measuring Requirement: If you answer “I don’t know” or “I can’t measure,” your application will be automatically disqualified, even if your story is strong.

Frequently Asked Questions
🌍 Priority is given to applicants facing financial or safety barriers — often minors and young adults. If a binder would make a real difference for you, you’re welcome to apply.
🔹 Under 16? You may still qualify with parental/guardian consent, depending on your country’s rules.
This guideline exists to keep everyone safe and ensure binders are used responsibly. If you’re younger, we recommend safe binding resources and speaking with a trusted adult.
💡 Tips to improve your chances:
– Be honest about why a binder matters to you.
– Don’t worry about perfect writing — just use your own voice.
– Complete the Google Form fully.
💡 Why? Returned and uncollected deliveries create waste. A small shipping fee helps ensure binders reach the right people.
We keep shipping as affordable as possible, and every dollar goes toward getting your binder safely to you.
👉 If shipping costs are a barrier, let us know in your application — support may be available.
- Packaging is plain with no logos or gender/LGBTQ terms.
- For customs, it’s declared simply as “sports bra” or “clothing.”
- From the outside, no one can tell what’s inside.
We believe everyone deserves the dignity of a fresh binder that’s truly their own.
⏳ Binders usually ship within 2–4 weeks of approval. If you aren’t selected this round, you’re welcome to reapply.
📩 If you made a mistake — or no longer need a binder — email us at hello@tomscout.com. We’ll update your details or withdraw your request so another person in need can apply.
Custom Import Taxes Disclaimer
Custom Import Taxes May Apply:
Some countries charge import taxes or declaration fees on international shipments. TOMSCOUT does not cover these charges, so please check your country’s import regulations before applying.
All TOMSCOUT parcels are declared at a standard value of SGD 10.00 and marked as "clothing" or "sports bra."
Important Reminders:
TOMSCOUT will not reship a binder if:
- 👉 You don’t complete the customs clearance process.
- 👉 You don’t collect your parcel from your local post office.
- 👉 The parcel is automatically returned to TOMSCOUT.
