General Return Guidelines

Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item.

Returned products must be in original condition — unaltered, unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from damage. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact.

Items purchased at marked-down prices or during clearance sales are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, underwear collections are strictly non-returnable.

Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Each item is eligible for return only once.
Return Process

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request return authorization.

Once approved, please arrange for the item(s) to be returned within the agreed timeframe.

All return parcels must be shipped using a trackable service with a valid tracking number to ensure safe and traceable delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (both outbound and inbound), including any duties or taxes incurred.

TOMSCOUT is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
Return Service Fee
If the return is not due to a product defect or an error on TOMSCOUT’s part, a return processing service fee may apply.

The fee is set at the higher of:

➤ 10% of the total order value -
This fee will be deducted from the refund during processing.

No service fee will be applied if the return is due to a mistake made by TOMSCOUT.

Partial Refunds for Non-Original Condition
If an item is returned in a condition that is not original or has sustained damage, TOMSCOUT reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the assessed condition.

The final refund amount will be determined after a thorough inspection by our customer service team.

The partial refund will be less than the original purchase price to account for the reduced value of the item due to its altered or damaged state.
TOMSCOUT reserves the right to decline returns if the items are in unsatisfactory condition or if any of the stated return requirements are not met.
