For US, CA, AU Orders
We understand the importance of order tracking,
especially for our valued customers in Australia, Canada, and the United States.
It's crucial to note that, despite our efforts to provide worldwide tracking service, USPS, Canada Post, and AusPost may not integrate our tracking number into their systems.
They have assign separate tracking numbers for local use, which can lead to a lack of detailed tracking information.
In such cases, we recommend reaching out to the respective postal service directly for more accurate updates on your shipment, prevent it from being automatically returned to the sender.
How do I track my shipment?
1. Shipping Emails:
Once your order is fulfilled, we automatically send out shipping emails with a tracking number.
Please ensure you check your email inbox, including any filtered or spam folders, as sometimes the shipping notification may be redirected there.
2. SingPost Tracking Number:
Please note that our SingPost tracking number is updated until the date of dispatch from our facility.
The tracking information after dispatch is dependent on the availability of the destination's postal service. It will only be reflected once the parcel has passed through customs declaration.
3. Untrackable Updates:
The tracking systems of AusPost, Canada Post, and USPS may not be compatible with our provided tracking number.
Because they may have assigned separate tracking numbers for local use.
4. Shipping Experience:
Rest assured that we have extensive experience shipping to Australia, Canada, and the United States, and we have successfully delivered numerous packages in the past.
However, it's worth noting that these Online Tracking Systems may not seamlessly integrate with our SingPost tracking number, even though we opt for full trackable services.
5. Package Status:
Based on the available information from our SingPost system, as long as it doesn't indicate that the package has been returned to the sender, it is highly likely that the package is currently undergoing customs declaration or being prepared for delivery in the destination country.

We highly recommend reaching out to AusPost, Canada Post or USPS immediately using the tracking number we provided.
They will be able to provide you with more detailed information about the current status and location of your package after the process of custom declaration.
Please keep in mind that sometimes the recipient's country's postal system may not promptly update the online tracking information for economy shipments.

Unfortunately, we have no control over how these postal services update their tracking information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The tracking number we provide is from our shipping carrier, SingPost. However, the tracking systems of AusPost, Canada Post, and USPS may not be compatible with this specific tracking number.
They might have assigned separate tracking numbers for local use, which can result in a lack of updates when using the provided tracking number.

All of the Standard Shipments are shipped with full trackable services to provide you with visibility on your package's journey.

Yes, it is possible that your package is still in transit even if the tracking information is not updating. The lack of updates could be due to delays in the tracking system or customs processes.
Rest assured that as long as the SingPost tracking does not indicate that the package has been returned to the sender, it is likely that the package is still in transit and making its way to you.

If you are experiencing a lack of tracking updates with the provided tracking number, we recommend immediately contacting Destination Post Services using the tracking number we provided.
They can provide you with alternative tracking numbers or additional information about the current status and location of your package after the process of custom declaration.

Different destination countries have their own postal services with unique tracking systems in place.
Postal services such as New Zealand Post and UK Royal Mail have the most comprehensive tracking systems that provide updates throughout the delivery process, including after customs declaration, and even include recipient signatures.
However the tracking systems used by Aus Post, Canada Post, and USPS operate differently and may not provide the same level of detailed tracking information.
