Kindly take a moment to carefully review the following information:

 

  • Customers have a 14-day window from the date of item receipt to initiate an exchange.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from damage. Ensure all original tags and packaging are intact.

  • Each item can only be exchanged once, and the exchanged items must be of equal or higher value.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear collections are strictly ineligible for exchange or return.

  • Products purchased at marked-down prices or during clearance sales are not eligible for exchange.

  • Customers are accountable for all return freight or postal charges (both outbound and inbound), along with any applicable duties and taxes.

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain return authorization and commence the exchange process.

  • TOMSCOUT cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. To ensure a secure return process, we strongly recommend using a traceable service equipped with a tracking number for all return parcels.
  • In cases of production defects or delivery of the wrong size or item, we will reship the correct item to the customer's last indicated shipping address at no additional charge.

 

Damaged and Defective Products

At TOMSCOUT, we uphold stringent quality standards for all our products. In the event of any damage due to a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we assure coverage for the replacement cost of the defective item, including the return shipping cost for the damaged product.

 

  • Customers must report any defects or issues with their received items within a 7 day period from the date of receipt. Any reports of defective items made after this 7 day window will not be eligible for exchange.

  • We do not accommodate exchanges for products acquired from sources other than www.tomscout.com. Additionally, items damaged due to misuse, negligence, abuse, or any activities beyond their intended purpose are not eligible for exchange.
  • If the defect in question is determined to stem from reasons unrelated to material quality, the original product will be returned to you.

TOMSCOUT reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the goods are in unsatisfactory condition or if any of the above-stated conditions are not met.
